Returns and exchanges

For online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn and have all original tags & packaging.

If for some reason something is faulty, missing, or not to your liking, please contact us and let us know and we can work together to find a resolution.

Our highest priority is that you are happy with your products from us!

Return & exchange requests must be received within 30 days of receipt of your order.

 

Exchanges 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified of this within 24 hours after the delivery. If you need to exchange with another model or different color or size, please return your item within 30 days after delivery and you can place a new order on our online store.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return or exchange that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense.


 

Free Returns with Paypal

If you pay for your entire order with your Paypal account, Paypal can refund your return shipping costs on eligible Paypal purchases for selected countries. 

 

How do I return my order?


Prior to returning your item, please email us at mancavejewelry@gmail.com and we will provide you with all information needed in order to process your return as smoothly as possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where we provide you with shipping labels.

Please do consider using a trackable shipping or purchasing a shipping insurance.

 

What is the refund procedure?


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. You will then be refunded of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 

Late or missing refunds 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mancavejewelry@gmail.com .
